I signed up with Apple on iPhone. How do I use Monologue on Mac?

How to access your Monologue subscription on Mac when you originally signed up with Sign in with Apple on iPhone.

If you signed up for Monologue on iPhone using Sign in with Apple and later try to use the Mac app, you may see yourself as a free user or have trouble accessing your paid subscription.

This happens because Sign in with Apple is available on iPhone, but it is not currently available in the Mac app. If your iPhone account uses Apple’s private relay email, you need to use that same email on Mac for Monologue to recognize your subscription.

Option 1: Sign in on Mac with your Apple relay email

On your iPhone, open Monologue and go to Settings > Account. Check the email attached to your account. If it is an Apple private relay email, sign in on the Mac app with that exact same email.

Option 2: Change your email on iPhone first

If you do not want to keep using the hidden Apple relay email, open Monologue on your iPhone and go to Settings > Account > Change Email. Update your email, confirm the verification code, and then sign in on the Mac app with your new email.

We recommend Option 2 if you want the cleanest long-term setup.
