How do I manage billing or find my receipt?

Where to manage a Monologue subscription, find billing settings, transfer paid access to another computer, or get a receipt.

Your Monologue subscription is tied to your Monologue account, not to one laptop.

If you switch computers, install Monologue on the new Mac and sign in with the same email address you used for your paid account.

Manage your subscription on Mac

  1. Open Monologue.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Go to Plan & Billing.

  4. Click Manage subscription.

That opens the billing page where you can manage your Monologue Pro subscription.

Find your receipt

After you pay, you should receive a receipt by email from the payment processor used at checkout.

If you bought Monologue Pro from the Mac app or the Monologue website, that receipt usually comes from Stripe.

If you cannot find it, check your spam, promotions, or updates folder.

If you still need a copy, contact support from the email address you used for purchase. We can look up the payment and resend the receipt when it is available.

If your paid plan is missing

Make sure you are signed in to Monologue with the same email address you used when you paid.

If you have an Every subscription, use the email address tied to your Every account.

If you paid on iPhone with Sign in with Apple, check the email shown in the Monologue iPhone app under your account settings. If Apple created a private relay email for you, use that same email when signing in on another device.
