If Monologue turns English into another language, or keeps choosing the wrong language for bilingual dictation, auto-detect may be picking the wrong language.
Try setting the language manually
Open Monologue settings and set your language or output language manually instead of using Auto-detect.
For example, if you are speaking English, set the language/output language to English. If you are speaking Finnish, set it to Finnish.
This should stop Monologue from guessing incorrectly when you switch between languages.
